Will not be returning. Nasty money hungry bunch. Have found a beautiful practice that is respectful and doesn’t scream for money when my five year old needs a doctor - actually still bulk bills for her. This place just decides once your child turns five you should pay $86 for an appointment and then when you forget to pay go straight to debt collection even if you have been a patient for over ten years and ALWAYS pay. Pitiful behaviour.
Dr Bracey is far and away the BEST GP I have ever had. Her knowledge, experience , compassion and loads more are par excellence bar none . I wish her every success and know that as a person and GP will go far in life.
My normal dr wasn’t available to see me at short notice and I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Lyndal Nurzynski. She was so understanding, friendly and I felt very comfortable with her.. highly recommend. Also to the nurses. And Karen receptionist. Great service.
They do have amazing doctors but Not happy with this clinic anymore & with them for 5 years now. they stop bulk bills for kids . All about money Now, no doctors vibe.
The receptionist Brittany is extremely rude and unprofessional. I rung to enquire where my script was as I was waiting at the pharmacist and she told me it could be a 2 hour wait and that I needed to understand I wasn’t the only patient. I said it would have been good to have been informed that at the end of my appointment and was told I should already know this. She told me she wasn’t able to help and I needed to be patient. I then drove home for the pharmacist to ring me and say the script was in which was 20 mins after she told me it was a 2 hour wait.
Highly recommend this Practice! GP’s are very professional and compassionate. Nursing and Admin staff are always polite and friendly. I feel like I’m in safe hands whenever I take my young family here. Thank you!
myself and my 2 small children have been going to this clinic. my 2 year old daughter had a fall and landed on her head yesterday so i called the clinic to get an appt to have her checked over. i was told from reception they could not fit her in, i was put on hold and the receptionist checked with the nurses who confirmed they could not see my daughter and said to go to emergency. this all happened at 1.30pm, with plenty of hours left in the business day. im beyond frustrated and angry that such a large practice who i know have numerous doctors working at one time could not spare 5-10mins to look over my daughter. then trying to get an appt as a "new patient" at other doctor clinics was near impossible and one other local clinic mentioned your regular GP should be able to see her. funny enough while on hold they were promoting if you have an urgent doctor visit that they cater for this. pathetic practice. the reception staff are always rude and now with this happening we will be looking else where for a new family GP.
The Albany Hills Radius reception staff, nurses and doctors are amazing. It’s a very busy time of year for our health services and people need to be patient and understanding. I would highly recommend Radius.
Our family GP is Dr Henderson. Hands down the most competent, genuinely caring GP I’ve experienced. You’d be hard pressed to find better. As for the reception - they’ve always been lovely to us.
$50 for a phone consultation. $85 if you haven't been there for a year. No medicare rebate. Clearly not interested in freeing up hospitals.
