My first visit to Dr Lynn was when I had been sick with various respiratory viruses for over three weeks and was coughing so much I hurt all over. She was kind, compassionate and I left with exactly what I needed to get better, including feeling like I had been listened to.nThe reception staff were also amazing, going above and beyond to try and get me an appointment as soon as possible, even though it was in the Christmas/New Year period.
I highly recommend Radius at Albany Creek.nI would like to thank the reception desk ladies for arranging an appointment for my father at very short notice.nI would also like to thank Dr Henderson for the time he took out to work through my father’s needs and the care shown during our consultation.nThank you all so much ,it really is very much appreciated
Dr Dan Henderson was understanding, responsive to my concerns and helpful. Stacey in the treatment room was proficient and caring. The reception staff were also very welcoming and helpful.nDespite my medical issues, my visit with Radius was 5-star.
Didn’t have a great experience the first time I visited a year or two ago and felt like my concerns were disregarded so I went back to my original Dr elsewhere. I decided to give it another shot today and was so pleasantly surprised. I felt heard, and supported and that’s all I could ask for. I will be returning to the Dr so saw : Prices are a bit steep, but so is everywhere now.

The staff at the reception was incredibly friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free.nnThe medical professionals I encountered were outstanding. My doctor Louise Phillips took the time to listen to all my concerns, thoroughly explained the diagnosis, and presented treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or overlooked. The nurses and support staff were equally compassionate, ensuring I was comfortable and well-informed at every step of the way.nnThe facility itself is modern, clean, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, which gave me confidence that I was receiving the best possible care. What really stood out to me was the personalized attention I received – it was clear that everyone at Radius Albany Hills is genuinely invested in their patients' well-being.nnI left feeling not only healthier but also reassured that I have a reliable place to turn to for any future medical needs. I highly recommend Radius Albany Hills to anyone seeking top-notch medical care delivered with kindness and expertise. Five stars all the way!
