Hard to go wrong here. The food and service are good at prices in the higher range for this kind of restaurant. Beef skewers and seafood green curry both delicious. The wasabi mayo prawns were good. More wasabi needed to make them great. Shanghai pork ribs - pork is good but the sauce was too sweet for me and there is too much it. The wine list is good nut somewhat expensive.
Amazing cuisine. We keep coming back with friends and it never fails us! Great value for money too. Love the fish and peking duck. My husband goes for the lamb shanks every visit. Strongly recommend. Ps. We take our own wine and pay the $10 corkage.
We had one of the best meals I can remember. Even with special dietary requirements they could not have done more for us. I asked for a quiet table which we got and could not fault one of the many dishes 7 of us shared. We had many vegetarian dishes and the choices were fantastic Thanks - we'll be back
It was a mediocre meal. The dim sum had a great filling but a sloppy dough. The noodles were oily and the meat was of poor quality. Whether the new ownership has changed it or not, I will be trying a different Albert Park restaurant.
Dined at Aja on 25th May @ 1.35pm for lunch..... food was nice but the whole experience was destroyed when we and the 3 other dinners in the Restaurant at the time saw 2 mice running around the dinning area. My wife screamed and left and I sorted out the bill yes, I was charged. Wait staff didn't seem to overly concerned. Some chap came from the back with a broom.... I immediately left upon paying. Wont be back. Just feel quite ill.
Very cozy place with beautiful lights and so on. But if you're after authentic Chinese food especially a Peking duck set, this is not the place to go. Also, the price is a bit high.
We have 20 people birthday party in Aja last week, we enjoyed a great meal and good service. It's an awesome restaurant to go, I will definitely come again.
sometimes you have one of those great moments at a restaurant and this surely gave me plenty of them. food wise its great but the staff is wonderful! beautiful staff and i especially remember the sallads.
A great selection across the Asian cuisines. The spring rolls, San Choi bau and beef salad are excellent.
Great restaurant food is tasty and the vegetarian food is wonderful. Nice staff and owner . A favourite for sure .
