A fantastic community pharmacy who provide a great range of services and products, staff are always helpful and attentive. They go above and beyond in customer experience, price match and look after their patients need. Really appreciate all the helpful advice and friendly manner from the pharmacists. Gift range is also impressive 10/10.

The staff at the pharmacy are lovely and so helpful! I recently had some stomach issues, having had a reaction to ibuprofen and the lady that served me was incredibly helpful, warm and knowledgeable. Her accurate advice ensured I had the right medications which helped me recover quickly. Highly recommend this pharmcy and staff!

I have been going to this pharmacy since moving to Reservoir. The level of service is phenomenal. All the staff are knowledgeable, bubbly and professional. All the pharmacists clearly explain the medications to their customers/patients even to this cranky nurse. The old style customer service where you get treated like a person is a breath of fresh air that is often, if not always, lacking from bigger pharmacies. Bam Bam and Ernie also enjoy their visits

Not enough staff to keep up, organisation does not exist at the moment in this business. I Had been using this pharmacy for years, but was told to on a Monday my script would be getting  sent out, as it had not arrived by Thursday I called to check in, I was told I had to provide proof of the call to the pharmacy made on Monday which was done. Not having this medication is highly likely to cause seizures and other bodily harm. I cannot recommend this pharmacy any longer.

As my local pharmacy, I find all the staff extremely friendly and always willing to help. They have a fantastic variety of gifts and make up, as well as all your medical needs covered. Why would you go anywhere else.
