Quinn is the best RMT I have ever met! He is so knowledgeable, flexible, kind and an amazing professional <3 I feel so grateful to have met him as he has been helping me with some brutal shoulder pain and inflammation. If you are looking for someone empathetic, that uses different techniques and adjust pressure to attend to your needs, I highly recommend him!
I worked with physiotherapist Mokhtar on my ankle injury. He is quite knowledgeable, approachable, and super friendly. I really enjoyed my sessions with him, and he helped built my confidence and exercise to recover from it. Very appreciated and highly recommend to others!

I've worked with two PTs here, Ariane and Mokhtar. Both were fantastic and super friendly! Ariane helped me resolve some knee problems and Mokhtar helped with ankle sprain recovery after a freak volleyball accident. You can't go wrong with either of them, both rock!

I injured my back lifting wrights at the start of April. It wasn't debilitating but it wasn't getting better and if I spent more than 15 minutes sitting down, I was very stiff when getting back up. When businesses in Ottawa were able to open up again I was able to Erin at Agility. She quickly diagnosed my injury and came up with a plan to re-hab me. I made almost immediate progress. After a few more visits I was well on my way to becoming pain free. It's been about a month since needing physio and I can now watch a movie on the couch without any pain when getting up. Not only that, I can even touch my toes now : Something I haven't been able to do in years! I highly recommend Agility.
Have been coming to Erin for several years for various strains and injuries, and always felt I was getting the best care. A friend of my wife had a compression fracture of the spine and a bad experience with the Doctor recommended physio. We convinced her to try Agility and she has been impressed.
I was overwhelmed with pain during the pandemic. The staff went out of their way to bring me in so I wouldn't have to go to emerge. They had taken incredible precautions to be clean and safe. It's been two days since and both issues are resolved. The relief is incredible and the staff member was so kind and caring. I'm so grateful for their care!
