Awesome experience here today. Jodie was so lovely and helpful, taking away alot of stress. As a plus size bride I was nervous to go dress shopping but was very thankful to find that Jodie and her lovely trainee were gorgeous to deal with. I left the store today with a huge smile on my face, jewellery and a dress that fit my budget perfectly! My mother, aunt, maid of honour and 7 year old sister came along and were made very welcome with extra seating and even a bucket of toys for my sister! The other bride trying dresses on beside me was such a lovely girl and the atmosphere was friendly and laid back as we exchanged complements. Jodie asked me about the style of dresses I'd been looking for and pulled a few selections from the rack as well as letting me choose my own and browse with my group. She also suggested a few other styles to which I am glad I agreed. My dream dress was one I never thought I'd choose but I love it so much. Couldn't be more grateful to Jodie for the excellent service and friendly atmosphere! Thank you so much~ Side Note: I had read the reviews before coming and was a bit worried given the bad ones BUT the staff at After5 really don't deserve those reviews. The store, staff, atmosphere, price and range of dresses were amazing and I highly recommend them!

I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received today from Vicki. We arrived, not realising that we should have made an appointment. We were greeted and shown to the formal dresses with no hesitation. My daughter selected and tried on numerous dresses. Vicki was very patient and offered lots of helpful suggestions and honest feedback. She even held two dresses for us so that we could look around at other stores before we made a decision. We found their range to be quite good and their prices very reasonable. I too was a little hesitant having read the negative reviews however, our experience with Vicki today was exceptional. We ended up returning later this afternoon to purchase a gorgeous gown that my daughter loves. I would highly recommend After 5 Bridal & Formal.

My Experience with after 5 bridal was great.My sister came with me to try & find the dress of my dreams.Vicki one of the bridal assistants was more then willing to help me find my wedding dress she gave me so many options & I did find the dress of my dreams I absolutely love it & I couldnt be happier with my amazing dress & the customer service from the ladys there.I finally picked up my wedding dress today & my bridesmaids dresses I tried it on again after 4 months & I stilk love it.Thanks Ladys but especially thank you Vicki 🙄

After 5 Bridal & Formal were exceptional from start to finish when I purchased my wedding gown. Vicki, Adele and Jodie provided me with hands-on, professional and friendly service. My appointments were always honoured, the fitting rooms were tidy, and the podium area was well-lit and spacious. The dresses are kept in plastic wraps while on the rack, and you must wear gloves when touching them, which I think is great. The service I received was fantastic. Vicki was phenomenally helpful, giving honest advice whenever I asked for it. She had a great eye for accessories, including belts and veils, and was very quick, approachable and patient. She didn't try to push any of the dresses on me, took my budget into careful consideration, and let me try on as many dresses as I wanted. There was a great range at affordable prices. I chose my dress on that first visit (having visited numerous other bridal stores earlier) and Vicki was patient while I stood there staring at myself in the mirror for two hours. The payment plan was stress-free, convenient and easy. Jodie handled this with professionalism and great customer service. When I went to pick up the dress after it was paid off, Adele provided the same excellent service I had received from Vicki. I wanted to try it on again and get some nice photos, and Adele accommodated this by helping me with the dress, belt, veil and hoop. She had excellent taste in accessories and was really knowledgeable, helpful and honest. She also provided me with contact details for reputable seamstresses. I highly recommend After 5 Bridal and Formal, as I am absolutely in love with my wedding gown!
