Excellent service and well thought out product. Website offers you an upgrade which allows you to park inside and then had a delayed flight and yet great service and got our car out and just were so grateful after such a delay that the parking worked so well. We used to take an Uber each way to and from airport - not now ! Thank you.
Paid $10 in advance for 2 hours parking to see my girlfriend off at the airport. This was reasonable. However, her flight was delayed, so I was forced to pay an extra $12 for the extra hour. Next time park at IKEA ;
Booked and paid online, process was easy and quick. Entry and exit was simple with emailed QR codes both ways. Would like to have confirmation of a guaranteed space as they do in Sydney but at this stage Adelaide does not seem to fill the carpark but it is getting close.
i was charged $130 for a stay Thursday to Sunday . the card reader did not read the code on the way in out so had to use the credit card, but it charged me another $176 . Very poor system . Parking was good on the 4th Floor
Undercover long term carpark was secure, no more damage to my car than I had already done, warm to hot day car was nice and cool to get in to, worth the extra dollars over outdoor parking
Great just to leave our car in a secure parking for a week while on holiday knowing we can come back and go straight to our car and head home.
It's convenient to have rental car drop off. Follow direction to Airport Teminal Car Parking which is multi-level carpark, return car is at the ground floor. Thrifty staff are friendly and assist to arrange trolleys for our luggage. Take elevator to departure level and connect bridge bring you to departure hall.
A great service for anyone looking at driving yourself to the airport, taxi one way costs more than this service, so definitely cheaper option for me. Easy to use instructions and system for going through the boom gates. Will definitely do it again soon.
FALSE ADVERTISING! My partners 200K car was parked at the terminal car park for a few days and when we came back to the car it had heavy damage to the entire bumper of the car and no note. The security were no help what so ever. They have minimal security and rest assured if your car gets broken into or damaged they will not have adequate footage, nor are they willing to help you if you call them to try and find the person who has damaged your car. For the price you pay. It is blatant extortion with no qualm with taking your money and providing absolutely no service in return which is reasonable for how much you pay.
We've used this service on a few occasions now while we've been away on holiday. For two weeks undercover rates are cheaper than getting airport transfers from our home. And our car is right there when we get back!
