Worst customer service experience from the manager at the camberwell store today! I usually experience great customer service from most of the stores, but not this time. I wanted to make a purchase via phone/link and she was rude and would not not send the link. I had to go out of my way and make arrangement for me to have time to go into store  the next day and when I purchased this item she would not let me use my linen lovers voucher even though the purchase was over $50 which was the minimum requirement. Overall a terrible experience and I will never be going to the camberwell store again or be renewing my linen lovers ever again!

Horrible customer service at the Essendon DFO VIC store. A lady pushed in front of me to pay before me at the store. The lady at the counter asked who was first and I said I was but instead chose to serve the other lady. Once she served me, she said so sorry about that, the lady was the store manager. It was just so rude and I left the store feeling horrible. It shouldn't matter if you are a store manager, you should never push in front of someone. A store manager should know better than that. I won't be going back, even tho I love the products and store.

Experience at stores has always been wonderful. However, I have recently bought a blanket box online and the experience couldn't be worse. Made multiple email enquiries through the website, online chat, and several phone calls. Each time there seemed to be no record of it. Once I got through to someone at the call centre, they were extraordinarily rude. I still do not have my order a month later and the person on the phone refused to help me with a refund. They insisted that they had to receive the item back from the courier first before issuing a refund. I fail to understand why a lost item is the customers responsibility, rather than the company's. Will never shop at Adairs again.

the worst experience. i bought a reed diffuser for a friend from the Tuggerah Homemakers store and the reed sticks and paper flower were missing. I posted this to my friend as she lives about 2 hours away. they were telling me i would have to get her to go into an adairs store to exchange the product or i could drive to sydney to collect it and take it back. extremely embarrassing and would never ever buy anything from this shop again.

DO NOT shop at Adairs online! I first made a purchase on an item on 14th September. After a long time of waiting with no delivery I eventually discovered that my parcel was lost in transit. I spoke with an Adairs customer representative on 24th October Over a month since my purchase regarding the missing item and was advised that another item would be shipped for delivery and I should expect a new shipping notification. I continued to wait and received no updated shipping notification and nothing arrived in the mail. I then had to contact Adairs AGAIN on 1st November to ask why my items had still not been shipped. Again – I received another response that my order would shortly be dispatched. 12 days later I still hadn’t heard anything and so emailed AGAIN on 13th November asking how much longer I was expected to wait. I then received an email on 16th November advising that the item is no longer in stock and a replacement cannot be provided. I was advised that a full refund would be processed in 1-2 business days. It’s now been 4 business days with no refund! You’d think that given all the poor customer service, they could at least refund me in the timeframe they say they’re going to! I have been extremely patient and polite throughout this whole process and am appalled by their extremely poor customer service.  I am definitely not feeling like a valued customer. Don’t waste your time.
