I received the most wonderful customer service at the store by Maria/e today that I just had to leave a review. I asked to purchase a lamp from the window display & was happy to get a yes! Then she made sure it was dust free, and helped to pull it apart & package it up nicely to get in my car. I then had my sights on a last floor pouff another customer was purchasing and she arranged to send a new one from the warehouse directly to my home. The service was delivered with such a kind, genuinely helpful tone. I haven’t seen service like that for years as you are so used to getting fobbed off in retail stores these days! Thank you :
We just left Adair’s after a long shop but had the best experience ever!! Mia was absolutely so helpful and basically held mine and mums hand the whole time ensuring sure we had everything we needed for all new bedding coming into winter, poor Mia was going back and forth from out the back to the store floor but did so with such friendliness and actually made our day pulling all sorts of colours and products and helping us put everything together.
