They got all the dents out of my car from hail damage just fine, that part of the business is great. But almost zero care was taken inside the car. I got my car back without trim pieces installed back on the seat belt, the sun visor, and a roof trim plug was taken off with hard metal and left damaged then not even done up all the way. The lining of the sun roof was not installed properly left hanging down at the back. There were dirty marks left on the roof lining, and scratches on the previously perfect plastics in the back seat from removing the head lining. ASG manager lied to me telling me they didn't remove the head lining, then walked away and the person who worked on my car came up to me asked asked about the wiring inside the head lining for the dash cam....Really. I was told there was no trim pieces when I left the car there which is my cr is immaculate inside and out. Then when they went to check the photos they told me they would order me new ones. Also, it took a lot of arguing before they would let me have even a quick look at these photos they claim would vindicate them. Not once did I get an apology, and I was repeatadly made to feel like I was being a problem asking for replacements for parts they damaged. That I was being unreasonable that I wanted the car back in the same condition inside that I left it. It's now been 1 month since I went back to show them the damage they caused and I'm still waiting for parts, the insurance company is now stepping in and escalating the issue. If you can avoid ASG I'd recommend it. ................. I have found more bad workmanship since leaving a review. Screws missing and an interior pannel not clipped in. This place is to be avoided if at all possible.
