Several friends recommended this place and I'm so glad we finally looked them up.  One of my sons has, in only 2 months, improved his running speed from being one of the slowest to being nearly the fastest in his football team.  Great coaches who really help the kids understand what needs to be improved and how they can do it.  Highly recommended.

I'd really recommend Acceleration's speed clinics for kids wanting to improve their performance. Our boys got a lot out of it.
