Love this little gym. I used it for three years at all hours. The staff were always friendly and were on to any problems like a shot. Very clean and well equipped. Never had to wait more than a few minutes at peak time. Diversity of users and I always felt like I fit in.
Great value for money. But such a nice boutique gym with a good culture unlike other big gyms usually very male dominant. Not really busy always felt like there was space. Great classes too.
My husband and I have just recently joined this gym and we love it! It's not fancy, but it has everything you need to get you started onto your fitness journey They have 2 small change rooms that has a shower/toilet and an upstairs room where they have instructors throughout the week who teach yoga and Pilates and Muy Thai. Personal trainers are also available. The owner is so nice and I love all of the staff who work there. You have 24 hour access with 2 hour free parking which you can validate before you leave. I think this place is such good value and I love supporting small independent owned business
I have been working out in the gym Sustain on Cordelia the previous name was: Club Vitality for 2 years now. Same time I also teaching Yoga/Pilates in this gym. My feedback and comments for this gym as below: 1 This gym is a boutique style gym, Affordable prices, innovate thinking, sensation environment, state of the art Technogym Equipment level of quality services, friendly staff and free breakfast bar and fresh healthy fruits . 2 The gym was under by different management on or before May 2018, perhaps there were a few things need to improve. For instance : service quality, membership - sign up or cancellation follow up and fitness group classes arrangement However, the new management is trying so hard to make the things different and improving the services slowly . 3 Sustain is unlike " big company ", as there is a limited space to put more equipments but they tried the best to arranged every machine which we needed. They are also trying hard to maintain the " friendly and healthy " community. 4 HASSLE-FREE ,JUDGEMENT FREE and NO DISCRIMINATION in this gym. they treat every one equal. every member has the equal rights. I felt sad and bad when I read the review below from " Sandesh Poudel" - says that - One of the worst gym in South Bank, don't waste your time and money, and most precisely the asian woman so called manager is going swallow your money" .-- Myself is an Asian, I don't know what was the significant mistake the previous manger Mai has made and led to Sandesh left this kind of " harmful" message? 5 I believe that there are a few things in this gym should improve as there were number of reviews mentioned that - They keep paying , when they are no long use the gym". The same happened with one of the members, because the system went wrong and the manger didn't follow up closely caused the charge from the bank. However, the gym always take the responsibility by refund the amount back to the members account if they did follow up the 30DAY cancellation policy. 6 In terms of the group class timetable : I teach all the Yoga/ Pilates at the gym right now. There are 6~10 members come to my class during lunch hour at 12pm and evening classes . I also tried mornings class at 6:30am open for the members, but one few to show up to the class, sometime no one show up in the class. that was the reason the gym had to cancel the mornings's 6:30am class. The management is working hard in order to provide the best services to all the members and non-members. There are more classes options for members HITT, BOXING, YOGA AND PILATES ,even Bootcamp and special challenges and events. Average small gym. Wish they had sauna. Group fitness room is a bit tiny but pilates was very good!!!
I have been a member of this gym for six months. In the past six months, I have experienced excellent service. First of all, this gym is open 24 hours, which means that I don’t need to think about what is the opening hour for this gym when I want to workout. I think it's very convenient. Secondly, the gym has a great set of infrastructures, including shower rooms, air conditioning, storage units, wireless internet, and great background music, etc. Also, they set up some courses such as Pilates, boxing, yoga and so on. Besides that, the price is quite reasonable, as I am a student, they give me a special offer which I feel affordable. The staff also organises small events from time to time. Overall, I love this gym so much, it is an amazing training experience for me and really impressed me. :
Big fan of this gym. It's small but usually doesn't get too busy, although it can pick up in the peak hours - still very manageable. 24hrs which is great. Very clean as well. Overall I'd recommend this gym.
Edit: my review below is from 2 years ago where the gym was under previous management, it seems. I can’t say anything about new management and I’m willing to remove the review as it is not fair with them however based on the conspiracy theorist response I just got, well not sure it has improved that much. I assume you know how to read. My comment clearly stated my experience with the TRIAL, so no captain obvious, I was not a member and never said I was. I hope you do a better job at it than your predecessors. End Edit. Tiny gym with not enough machines if you want a decent workout with weights, need to wait for everything and even then it's just not enough. Classes are at inconvenient times when most people are at work. Management is absurd, it took me several days and attempts to even get in as staffed hours are inconvenient and they don't answer phone calls past 5. Did the 7 day trial and after it I tried to return the access card but again extremely difficult to contact them. Got charged for not returning the access card on time and when I tried again they wouldn't refund it. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Also the one 5 star review below is from the club manager herself not a customer. Don't waste your time or money.
Good gym for the space available. Owner was welcoming and helpful during our 1 week membership while we were in Brissy.
