Sonya does not live at the caravan park, I have never had a booking from this person. She has obviously broken all Park Rules by obtaining gate code from someone and entering the premises illegally. Then when questioned decided to put a review on google that is totally false. She was asked to park outside in visitor car park which is absolutely normal for ALL visitors unless prior arrangements were made and none were. Its funny how when people do not get their own way they quickly take to social media.
Absolutely disgustingly mannered management team, very unprofessional and think it's ok to verbally abuse and belittle someone on the phone whilst they sat 5 metres away in their room having a drink while representing the caravan park . Management are very rude and lie to cover their tracks. 100% would not recommend, may be cheap but definitely not worth a cent of your money
I've never been so humiliated and devastated by anyone before in my life. One of the managers, Kim, literally abused me by phone, accusing me, my daughter and my son-in-law of having a party and drinking whilst we were trying to find out why my new RV wasn't charging. I had it stored there for a couple of weeks because the borders were closed, plus giving it time for the solar to charge up the batteries. We were there about an hour, going right over the van, bonnet open. Kim and her husband evidently were watching the proceedings from their park accommodation about 5 metres away. Neither came to speak to me, instead, Kim rang my mobile, which was on silent because my 5 week old grandson was sleeping on the bed. I caught the second call, only to be verbally abused, by Kim, refusing to allow me to speak so I could explain why we were there. She told me she'd gone home and was having a glass of wine and I was to vacate immediately, taking my RV with me. As it was after 5pm, I had nowhere else to take the RV, so was granted reprieve, to pick it up This morning. When we arrived there too pick up my RV, Kim refused to answer the phone and the office was closed. Her husband answered on the third try. Unfortunately, he was just as rude, denying everything that Kim had said and basically waved me off, while walking away. I would never recommend this park. There is no professionalism what so ever
Not staying here but live nearby. The amount of noise coming from the place at 730-8am this morning is ridiculous. Whatever the banging of steel and what not is seems like it's getting no further along after almost a week of it and no sign of slowing down .
Just wanted to reply to Bev and Eliza Fawcett. All we tried to do was help Bev out with extremely cheap storage for her new motorhome until Covid-19 had passed and she could travel. As we are mainly permanent in our Caravan Park, the health and safety of our tenants is first and foremost as explained to Bev, and she totally understood it was pure storage drop off and then pick up but unfortunately after a day of the Motorhome being dropped off we had a different car each night dropping things off and people sitting around in the motorhome. When they were approached, we actually got the mouthful. Sorry it did not work out for you here, maybe in future it is a site you need to pay for - not storage. Happy and Safe Travels.........
Arsholes. Demanded I park out front and walk all my luggage down the back to where our van was parked. Rude horrid man flapped his arms at me. Will not be staying here again, filthy, very old
yes our stay was good but anyone wanting to book a site on the weekend .you wont have much luck as the office is shut .
Got there on a Saturday afternoon and they were closed. They left phone number to ring to which they replied with an answer that was come back Monday and we should be able to help. NO GOOD IF YOU WANT SOMEWHERE TO PULL UP FOR THE AFTERNOON
Just went here to pick up a fridge, seems like a pretty sad place to live.
Lovely clean park.Great managers and the park is near to all major amenities.
