WOW. A pleasure to deal with - on every encounter. Their customer service is second to none, and they carry quality products and excellent knowledge. It's seldom I come across an outfit that impresses me this much. I can't recommend them highly enough!

It's great to go to a store and deal with people that know their products so well and give you lots of options. There was no sales pressure but Courtney's knowledge and helpfulness made it an easy choice for us. A technician also checked our vehicle for fitting arrangements and like Courtney he was friendly knowledgeable and helpful. They are passionate and happy in their work and it shows to their customers. Thanks - we are looking forward to getting our new system fitted.

AWESOME AWESOME SERVICE!! Best customer service in Wellington!!!!! Was served by George amazing lad, super professional gave perfect advice and tips and saved me a FORTUNE!!!!! If anyone wants soundsystem installed this is definitely the place to go no second though needed!!! Thanks George!

The friendly staff at Abtech are helpful, knowledgeable and honest. We came to them in need of a new car stereo with a rather vague list of requirements and little idea beyond that. They recommended a solution that met all our needs perfectly, covered a few things that we hadn't thought of, with no wasted extra features that would wouldn't use. They even fitted a handy little shelf and a couple of extra USB charge ports in the extra space in the dash. Absolutely delighted with the care and attention to detail! Then on top of that, their after-sales service is top notch! We hit a minor issue a week or so after installation and I contacted them expecting the usual run-around. But Courtenay was quick to reassure me that I had nothing to worry about and they would make sure I was happy. Dennis then cheerfully spent a good hour or so helping me sort out what was causing the issues, despite it not being their fault in the slightest. I felt looked after by Abtech from start to finish and that I never have to worry about anything to do with my purchase in the future as they'll have my back if I need them. If you want easy, worry-free help from people that know their stuff, go see Abtech!
