Really lovely staff, specifically trained staff on curly hair. Knowledgeable in care and cutting of curly hair. They have a big range of products. Definitely the place to have your curls looked after.
If you’ve got curly hair and have been straightening it to death for years take the plunge and go for a curly experience, for the first time in my life I love my curls. My hairdresser took me through everything, how to manage my curls daily to the products and how to use and style. I only wish I invested in this journey sooner, my curls are happy healthy and growing. Completely different to a normal cut, and it makes all the difference, well worth the money and I’ll refuse to go anywhere else. Had the side and back of my hair shaved not the top with the number 4 clip. Then went to pay and it was 28 dollars for only a 2 minute job. Would not recommend if your getting something basic done as they charge alot for something so fast and simple no skill needed for the cut i received. First and last time for me
Horrible experience. Came in for a consultation for a colour, and explained that if the colour wasn't possible I was honest about using a box colour on my hair twice prior to the consult that, I still needed a haircut. I explained over the phone that my Mum was dying up the road in the hospice and needed a haircut. The young orange-haired woman who sat me down for the consult was incredibly judgemental of me, and when I got flustered, she argued that I didn't know what colour I wanted despite showing her a photo of the colour. I explained again that if a colour wasn't possible that I would still love a haircut. I told three women that I needed the haircut. They took a test strand, I booked my appointment for the cut regardless of the colour. The next day the rude woman called me to say that the colour wouldn't work out, which I said I was absolutely fine with, only to find out on the day that she had also cancelled my haircut. I cannot waste my time and money on hairdressers with no people skills.

Came in asking for wispy bangs and showed the hair dresser a photo. She was lovely and cut the rest of my hair really well but the fringe was incredibly uneven, too short as well as thick and blotchy in parts.
