We stayed one night at the two bedroom apartment. It was small but it has everything you need. It’s cosy. The bathrooms is well equipped. Was able to airplay through my phone to watch Netflix. Had to pay $15 for parking for the whole stay. One down side was the aircon was broken. It was a warm day, the room was very stuffy, there weren’t any windows, the hallway is cooler than the room. The hotel staff was very friendly and tried her best. The two bedroom apartments were sold out that night so they offered to change us into two different rooms, due to safety, we declined. The next day, we were offered a 15% discount for our next booking. I was not able to use the discount on our booking but only the next.nnIf the aircon wasn’t broken, it’d been perfect. However, it wasn’t the case. Stayed at a stuffy room in the hotel that we paid quite a bit for wasn’t that pleasant. I have to say, the hotel staff were very friendly and tried their best.
Everything was great except the TV streaming, had to keep calling the customer service line to have it manually fixed, something to do with the check out dates. I did this twice 2 days, then 3rd time I gave up & watched off my phone.nVery happy with our room & stay otherwise. Good location, friendly concierge staff, room facilities were good.
Lovely hotel with a great experience from check-in to check-out. Everything was smooth and well organized. The location is very convenient, with Woolworths right in front of the hotel which made things really easy.nnA special mention to Sangay at the reception. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. His excellent service really made a difference. Every stay should be like this!
The rooms are fantastic, with everything you need, including a washer and dryer in your room, a huge bed, a full-size fridge, and more. There’s a Metro shop next door, which was really convenient. I was pleasantly surprised—overall, very nice. The restaurant downstairs was well priced, and the food was great.
Booked this motel for the 2br apartment. Great rooms with 2 bathrooms. Very quiet.nWe chose this motel to go to the ice hockey and it was only a 5 min drive.nPlenty of close restaurants and a shopping centre.nLovely breakfast each morning with barista coffee.nWill definitely book again for any future Canberra trips to the ice hockey.
