Partner had a microwaved cibatta and was dry and crusty and tasteless. I had just a salad which i maybe had a few pieces of and maybe ate $2 worth of the $7 garden salad I had which had no dressing. Maybe the pizzas are good... But everything else was below IKEA food quality.

Good concept, poor execution. Doughy pizza, not served with knife and fork. TV with kids program playing against pop music and airport noise.

Ordered a "fresh pizza" as we didn't want the previous made slices. We waited, and waited and eventually saw a girl taking a pizza back. They managed to send our pizza to someone else. Then they just gave it to us after it had done the rounds. Needless to say it was cold. Had been handled by other people and the response we got was "sorry". We had to get the pizza reheated and put in a box. A 10 minute pizza to prepare took 30 minutes and we receive a pre handled pizza. What ever happened to compensating the customer when the shop stuffs up. My advise, head to one of the bars. At least they know what they are doing!

Pathetic..ordered a simple ham and cheese toasted croissant..3 attempts without being charcoaled...approx 30 min later!..no star really.
