Don't ever buy any property constructed by ABD Group. Customer experience is non-existent. Construction kept getting delayed and delayed. Property isn't as according to the signed contract. Literally gone after settlement, wouldn't fix defects and no communication at all. You've been warned. -- Update to reply to the owner's response below. The response from them started to improve, but this is only after days of waiting and 1 angry email to ask them to step up. So, just don't be deceived.

Worst builders on the face of the earth. Problem after problem after problem. ZERO stars for attention to detail, ZERO stars for rectifying copious defects, ZERO stars for customer service. I would never buy a property build by this company again. Leaking roofs, shorting electrics, tiles popping, squeaking 1st floor, roof paint in bathrooms, paint splatters everywhere after their poor attempt at fixing – could go on forever. I give them credit only for how many ways they try to fix a defect using a silicone gun. 18 months, on I gave up and sold my place due to being sick and tired of going around in circles with them. This was a rude welcome to my first (brand new) home – now I can welcome ABD to the internet... no hiding here. BTW, all your 5 stars are obviously fake.

Recently we discovered a small leak, we contacted John Cachia from ABD Group and he promptly came out with his team to find the problem and repair the associated damage. Throughout the process, John communicated with us the various steps that would be required to fix the problem and repair the damage committing to dates and times in advance. We felt very comfortable leaving John and his team Tony and Ty to do their work and each night we came home to a very tidy and clean work area and an sms update from John. John thank you to you and your team, your customer service is exceptional. Thank you for restoring our home!

This company is totally arrogant and has no respect for anyone but their own being. We live behind one of their construction sites and are woken on many occasions to workers starting at 6.30am in a residential area. Even complaints to senior staff and management just reflects back the attitude of this company.
