the quality of the house that was built was very poor. over priced exactly like the last post. they say what you want to hear just to get a sale. they dont returns calls and only contact you when they want money from you. it took 5 months for them to get back to me about the 3month inspection and never got around to do it. they charged me over 10k to do a 1mtr path around the house and a 6x3 slab for shed and when i asked to forget the slab they where only going to take off $500 off the price. the walls and ceilings had paint runs doors wernt aligned cracks in the concrete power plugs wernt placed as per electrical plan data plugs wernt networked and the list goes on. the staff are rude. not recommended at all. you will only get ripped off and out of pocket.

We built with this company as the salesman told us everything we wanted to hear. It has been almost 12 months since signing the contract and still the house is not finished. We employed an independent building inspector to do an inspection at lock up and he found a number of defects back in September 2014. Still today 21/03/2015 the problems are not fixed. They have just been covered over and forgotten about. The builder refuses to rectify any defect and the built quality is so poor. This build has almost cost my wife and I our marriage. This was supposed to be an investment property which the builder agreed to rent for the first 12 months but is now refusing to. They are a very substandard building company and wont last long. The sooner this company goes belly up the better as then we can have all defects fixed via insurance. Do not build with them. I have built a house before and I would have to say that this company is un Australian. Better to build the house yourself.
