I had a problem with my TV and gave them a call. I received excellent, honest advice over the phone and they really took the time to explain everything to me. Basically they confirmed what I thought already, that it is not economically viable to fix my TV and so did not gain any business from me but still took the time to patiently explain everything.

Not even one star.  Appalling service, rude telephone staff, no communication, over priced.  I run a property management company and the technician turned up but never sent a report to my office.  They conducted a $400+ repair which I did not know about, meanwhile, the landlord ordered a new machine and because I was unaware the tech had attended the job, I paid the $400+ bill out of my own pocket after there was no fault accepted by the company and despite trying to resolve the high cost of the invoice.  To add insult to injury, the accounts manager decided to leave a slanderous review on my business website claiming that I have numerous outstanding invoices and do not pay my tradespeople.  Great way to do business.  I have repeatedly asked for the review to be taken down, but the person who left the review has also left the company.  Seriously considering legal action against him, if I knew where he was.

The service is very bad... Not professional people.... Not worth of a $$.
The technician came to our place... Removed the freezer door and ordered the parts. 
After two months waiting time it's was a wrong parts... Still suffering from same problem after payment and waiting time

Alisha in the office is rude and beyond unhelpful. I was told by tradesman during first callout that the part would be ordered straightaway and then the replacement charge would be labour only and no callout fee. I paid $165 for tradie to see a broken switch. A week later the part still hadnt been ordered. They also wont complete the job, a simple replacement of an electrical switch, without sn additional $320 upfront payment!!! The part costs $40 online including shipping. I've already parted with $165 for what is a straightforward job. I even told them at the outset that it was a switch replacement on a westinghouse cooktop. I am struggling on a single income with 3 kids, and the stress this has caused is horrendous. Im $165 out of pocket and nothing to show for it, and a stove I can't use.
I have never before felt moved to write a review. But this experience has been HELL. 
I recommend TOTALLY  AVOIDING this bunch of crooks

Absolutely appalling telephone manner especially concerning our quote..decided to go with another company even having paid for a call out fee. AVOID !  no star rating
