I recently made a car insurance claim through AAMI, I have been with them for two years and it was my first claim so I was a little unsure of the whole process. It was quick, easy and pain free. Customer service were friendly and helpful when I made the claim. The repair was booked in within 3 days, hire car organized (taxi picked me up and dropped me back as well at their cost) and repairer was great. I received text messages confirming all of the bookings and the status of the repair. 
Really great service. I couldn’t fault it!!

These guys have allways been great to deal with, never had an issue, wouldnt hesitate to reccomend them.

I've had to make 2 claims through AAMI and to be honest, I couldn't fault them.  Both claims were approved and executed with no issues.  My policy includes car hire.  No problems getting the hire car and a taxi was organised to drop me to and from the repairer.

Ammi advertise that they organise a taxi for you when you take your car into the repairers, then one  when you need to pick up your vehicle from the car repairers, this is totally untrue , you have to organise at your expense , then send the invoice to them for a review.....TERRIBLE SERVICE...It took me one and a half hours to walk home on a 90 zone road with no walkways...
I do not rate them but a star had to be rated to enter the post, thumbs down..

Don't waste your time with AAMI Health insurance, its just NIB and they can't organise the simplest of items. Absolute Joke! Wish I never left AHM
