The worst car wash experience. We purchased wash and wax, but we only did the wash. Then we reacted to the manger, he asked how we knew that we didn’t do the was??? We event wait for him to check and he said the CCTV didn’t work… than we got 1 dollar refund. Never come back.
Quite literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life by staff attendant Ashima. She served me when I spent $70 on a gas bottle which I've never done before, then I got home to find it was empty. Went back only 20 mins after she served me and although she said she remembered me – she was extremely rude and refused to give me the key so I could swap the gas bottle for one that had gas. Said I'd have to come back another time when the manager was there. The manager was apologetic and said it was just because Ashima didn't have access to check the CCTV footage to check. She clearly remembered me, just didn't want to help me get what I had paid for. She was unnecessarily rude and after this experience I'll never be back to this station or a BP!
We would suggest steering clear of this station. We were double charged for our petrol. Upon recognition we returned to discuss with the store manager showing him evidence of the transaction. The manager asked us to wait and he would do his reconciliation. We did not hear back from him and followed up again. He came back letting us know that he had spoken to head office and now it was a bank issue. Nothing he could do about it?!! This left us with paying $120 for $60 worth of fuel. Needless to say we will avoid all BP stores and caution those using BP stations to check their statements.
The lady at the desk had horrible customer service and was very rude to me and my partner. The will never buy fuel from there again!! I wouldn’t care if it was an apocalypse and that was the only station open, I would die before going there, that’s how rude the staff was.
Amazing car wash and petrol station, great value and clean car wash that is so cheap and good!
Rude and arrogant staff. Seriously though, you could just do your job and mind your own business. Oh, you just gotta ruin someone day with your non sense. Get a life.
BP with all the money you're making on YOUR CAR WASH YOU can afford to hire an attendant for when things go wrong!! I had $10 stuck in YOUR MACHINE and YOUR STAFF inside seemed to think they couldn't help!! So I took matters in hand a prised it out myself!! Too many times there has been a problem with no one to assist!!
Ì you travel along church St, before you cross the Yarra bridge infront of you a service station with the colour green all over with two letters BP and it's beautifully shiny that when you trust that it's Aussie made if you want to keep your car have a long life that's where you need to go for petrol BP"on the move "
I come here specifically for the car wash. Dependable and seems well-maintained. When I go to some other drive-in car washes, I feel a little apprehensive. But in this car wash, I feel a little more confident.
Not too bad of a site, the only dramas arise when it is busy and people park terribly when fueling up. Additionally understaffed at night, so they’re slow to allow you in to prepay for fuel. As they are often busy restocking the shelves.
