DO NOT use these carriers. Unreliable. 
We made a booking which needed to be urgently delivered before Christmas and they assured us this would be no problem. The day the items were supposed to be picked up (last Tuesday) we had no contact from them, so rang the wellington branch several times to find out when they were doing the pickup but just got fobbed off. So we rang the Auckland branch and discovered that actually the driver had missed out our pick up. Great. Not.

We re-booked it in for pickup today, and rang the wellington branch this morning to confirm what time the truck would be coming round, and got told they weren't sure but would let us know by 12.30pm. 12.30pm came and went without any contact from them so we rang back and discovered that actually their truck had an accident last week and the truck got damaged and driver injured so no pick up!!! They hadn't bothered to ring and let us know. Needless to say we certainly won't be using these guys again.

Didn't actually book them, but they were moving a neighbours property. They booked my driveway so I couldn't get out, when I asked them to just move the truck so I could get my car out, they were very rude, questioned why they should move and I should be able to get around. They also told another neighbour who's drive they were completely blocking if they could just wait a hour!  Will never use this company or recommend to anyone. Customer Service of these drivers/movers needs attention.

Shockingly bad service. Disgusting actually. At the time of writing this I still have not received the goods after 2 weeks of them being collected at the other end. Had the delivery date changed 3 times. Having to call them each time after waiting at home all day for the promised delivery and it not occurring.

Arrived late and didn't finish the job. Would not use again and can't recommend to anyone looking for movers.

It took constant phone calls over several days to get them to look at the job. Then when it was finally booked, they were 4 hours late.  Not the drivers fault as he was unaware of the booking being for 9 am.
The office staff did not keep in contact despite promises. We lost a days work as a result of their tardiness.
It was delivered from Auckland to a mid North Island address two days later. Their final act was to phone without warning when attending a function to demand a credit card payment there and then,  or the drivers would not unload the truck.  I asked what sort of a dick would not organize payment when making the booking, but got got no response. They driver and assistant were fine and the only reason for 2 stars. Never again.
