Excellent service at the Norwich clinic. We had a fit to fly antigen test at the clinic and this was easy to find, staff were lovely and the results were quickly turned around allowing us to holiday with peace of mind. LFT tests for our return were with us the day after ordering them and the email confirming the all important bar code number for the passenger locator form was almost instantaneous after placing the order. Very satisfied with the service
SCAM! I wish I had read the reviews before hand I ordered 2 test kits before I left Australia on the 22/1/22 it’s the 29th today and no show. They state they don’t offer refunds! Makes sense now they can’t refund for a product that was never sent out. Day light robbery GO TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY
Avoid at all costs. Terrible. Worst communication I have ever experienced as a customer. Emailed all suggested addresses, tried to call, their inbox was full, so couldn't leave a message. I understand and accept that there may have been delays with the mail, but the communication with this company has been extremely poor. Lack of response or inaccurate information. On day three Sat 8th Jan of trying, I finally got through to someone on the phone, who told me my test was in the lab and I was reassured me that I would have results in the morning. It's now after 6pm Sunday and I have nothing. I emailed this afternoon, to be told my results were "in progress" and I would receive them asap, with no guarantee it would be today, despite my phone conversation yesterday. A friend said he'd found out on the website of the company he used, before he was emailed by popping in booking reference and barcode. Didn't know this was an option, looked into it, put in my details, to be told I have an invalid barcode! I was becoming increasingly frustrated, as it has now affected me going back to work, but now I am wondering if this company is just scam?! Don't waste your time or money here!!
Terrible service. I booked a day 2 test after returning from travel. It took the post office 4 days to deliver even though it is a 24-hour tracked service then it took the lab 3 days and a half to analyse and send me the results. So now I am on day 8 and only just got a negative result. I will not use this service again.
A very well organised lab, quick, efficient and the best part is that they will reply back to your emails in just a few hours. Packages were delivered with next day service. Clear instructions provided. I had booked day 2 , 8 and test to release. All of them came back within the given time, infact, test to release came back within 24 hours. Easy booking through the website. I would use them again.
I received the postal test the next day after ordering. When I came to register the test and enter my result online, I found that I didn't have the right link/PIN code. I was stressed out, as I needed the result urgently for travel but I emailed Customer Service and they got back to me very quickly with the correct link - hopefully they have fixed this mistake for future clients! After entering my information, I received the test certificate within 15 minutes! Overall very good service.
Sent tests back on 5th Jan, it's now the 11th and no results. Emailed the company support email address twice with our references and asked for confirmation but no reply. Do NOT use this company. We will be asking for a refund and reccomending that they are struck off the UK government list of approved firms.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! How they’re on the list of Government sites is beyond belief. PCR tests for 4 off us booked 1 January 2022 for our return from Spain. We are still waiting on our results meaning we cannot earn money due to being stuck at home. £200 wasted, answer machine on all the time and email replies are unhelpful. 8 January 2022 and still no results. Wish I could give zero REFUND WANTED ASAP!!!
Really helpful and knowledgeable. Helped rebook another appointment the same morning that would meet my flight requirements without costing me a fortune on express fees.
