Continues to advertise properties for sale even though a contract has already been  signed very misleading and unethical should be stated under contract in the add to stop wasting people's time and money

As a tenant or potential tenant....avoid! The principal is rude and will not do anything that may upset the landlord....promise the earth and once you sign the lease will "screw you over". Unprofessional in every sense of the word....would rather eat shards of glass than deal with this lady again! Disgusted at the lack of ethics!!!
