This business was the only one that could service my Ram. I rang several big name dealerships in Alice Springs & none of them could or would service it. After getting the Ram 1st service the absolutely lovely lady pointed out a brand new Toyota LC also getting its 1st service done there, not at the dealership. I was very pleased with the service the Ram received & all my questions answered & I would recommend this business to any traveller, any vehicle to look after their car.Service:&nbsp;General repairs &amp; maintenance

Matt I think  the owner & Receptionist were wonderful.  Guy, helped with inspecting the issue in my car and fixing it. Price is reasonable too.  Receptionist is simply superb  .  Very understanding and helpful. My bad I forgot to ask her name even.  Anyone going there pls pass my regards to her.

I don’t normally give a five star review as there is always room for improvement. A one mechanical is actually A One and has nailed it. If your reading reviews for a great team and decent mechanics look no further. We broke down near Tennant creek and tried to get the car booked in for someone to look at it. I tried numerous mechanics in Mount Isa and Alice with no luck the earliest being at least a week. I spoke to Andie at A one who shuffled things around to fit us in for an assessment two days later. We had snapped the timing belt so not good, however the team sourced parts and tried to get them as quick as possible and we were on our way. Unfortunately we had a totally seperate issue the next day when the exhaust snapped. Knowing how desperate we were to get home to Brisbane they welded it up that day for us and we were on our way again. Thanks for everything.Service:&nbsp;Engine repair

The customer service of this place was absolutely disgusting. I actually left in tears with the man yelling and swearing at me. We found another mechanic right away in town who dealt with our problem beautifully and efficiently. Please do not go here, the mechanic was really awful to deal with. The receptionist however was lovely.

Sorted out an issue with engine warning lights in 15 minutes flat, ran through what he thought the issue was and scolded whoever does my servicing...then charged us nothing 0$...what more can you ask...thanks heaps mate !!! btw reception and spot the dog were friendly too!!

Brought vehicle in for oil change and headlight repair. Both low beams had dimmed. Got the car back with a 313$ bill and “you’ll need to see an auto sparky”. This place is not worth your time and certainly not worth your money.Services:&nbsp;Electrical repair

Could not have been more helpful. The mechanic was polite and knowledgeable Had a look at my aircon on his day off regassed tested. Sadly lack of parts in Alice springs meant we had to drive onto Darwin without aircon Not their fault

This business has no customer service what so ever and is very Rude to customers who are trying to find a mechanic to fix there car that they don’t know what is wrong with! Isn’t that why you look for a mechanic ‍? !  I would not recommend them at all , Felt Like He Didn’t Even Want To Try help ! I’d rate no stars if it was a option!!
