Good Customer service provided by Kieran when phoning the store with an enquiry and also when I attended. The have a reasonable range of of auto accessories and provide prompt service. Parking is available directly in front with Wheelchair access available. They offered to freight in from Melbourne another item I was seeking. Overall, a good experience.
Called ahead from Mataranka with a battery issue. Staff was helpful and friendly over the phone, then sorted my issue on arrival, replacing and fitting the battery and ensuring I got the full print out of the warranty. Being on the road it was amazing to have my issue sorted so quickly and with such great service.
Had such a great experience - my battery was so flat I couldn’t even get my car from the Maccas across the road. Staff came over, replaced my battery, and for no extra cost! Really appreciate it, thanks to the fella who helped me around 8:30am Saturday 9th Oct
Great experience with these guys, friendly and efficient staff! The lady helped me out in finding pads and discs and had some not so common parts, nothing was a problem for them. Cheaper than Repco
I went to that shop because someone recommended me that place to change the light of the car, my workmate told me "go to Autopro they can help you and they change the light". Was the worst service in my experience in Australia. If you are backpacker and your English is not good enough to explain what happens in your car and you don't know the name of the parts I recommend you don't go to that shop. The lady doesn't have patience with backpackers with bad English.
Fantastic. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy anything related to motoring than here. It's a family business and they want you to come back. Great prices too. They don't see you coming and jack up the price.
Preparing to leave town to drive to Cairns and our power steering dies round the corner from Auto Pro - went to ask for advice and they checked the car, found the belt had snapped, sold me a new one and called around to find a mechanic who could fit it right away. Awesome service!
Absolute exceptional service, above and beyond! Cannot recommend Gary more highly I was looking for a hard to find tool he did not stock himself, but referred me to a business in Darwin I could get it and THEN offered for me to use his freight guy so I could get it ex Darwin to Katherine overnight picked up from his shop! I am so blown away. True old fashioned exceptional service, a rare and dying thing. Gary we wish you all the best in business you are a top bloke and you run a great shop, thank you!!!
What a wonderful experience it was to visit this store. The excellent knowledge and advice was so appreciated that we were able to go on with our trip. A big congratulations to an excellent team and a credit to the name Autopro.
Really friendly, helpful knowledgeable guys! They go above and beyond to help and listen to your issues without trying to just sell you the first thing that comes to mind! Prices are cheaper than Repco and much more enjoyable, trustworthy experience!
