Extremely poor food quality. This is the new Jack fried chicken burger.......So, store manager called me to offer a free replacement meal. I took the offer and went 3 weeks later. But, nothing changed, it's same poor quality again. I am sure Jack in the kitchen likes to sit on these burgers, before sending them out. One thing is for sure, this store is consistent with their poor food quality.

Worst grilled chicken burger I ever had! Dry chicken, over cooked. Taste was disgusting. Service is very slow.

Went in at 8pm on Saturday night it was quiet and they could t be bothered making sure the bottom layer of the bun was in the box properly when they assembled it. Plus it was stone cold.

The girl took my order and she was fine. Then we went to sit down the place was disgraceful there was food on the floor and on the tables the other employees were sitting back and talking. The girl that took our order asked the other girl to clean the table and she said something like she was on her break or something... So disgusting not going back there.

Used the Drive-Thru around 1:30 on a Sunday & ordered 2 Whoppers, when we stopped to eat our Burgers about 5 minutes later they where cold not even remotely warm. I cannot understand how cold Burgers can be served over a busy lunchtime period. Very disappointing

Music was overwhelmingly loud, but service was friendly and food was good. I always get more chips than fits in the size I ordered which I appreciate. I come here in the afternoons and it's always fast service considering the school rushes.  Vegetarian options: They have veggie patties and vegan burgers  Kid-friendliness: They have a play area, bathrooms and an enclosed space to keep kids safe from traffic

Horrible lol. Drive-thru service is SOOO slow so don’t come here on the way to work or if you’re trying to get your fast food fast… you have to park in the waiting bay every single time and there’s never any spots because the waiting bay is literally always full. Then while you’re in the waiting bay, you’re seeing everyone come out of drive thru looking for parks in the bay. I hardly ever get my food at the window. They also ALWAYS get coffee orders wrong, especially mochas. They straight up forget the chocolate every time. Not good haha.

i went through drive through with a mobile order around 11:30 and it was quite busy which is understandable, so i was okay with parking in the waiting bay for a while. i ordered a soft serve and iced chai. the girl that served me was lovely, but when i finally got my order, there was an eyelash in the soft serve and the iced chai was literally room temperature… it tasted like it had just been made with like 5 scoops of chai and water out of a tap. really gross : i ordered a large too and couldn’t finish it after the first sip which was very disappointing.  Parking: there’s only one waiting bay and there were other cars who had been asked to go to the waiting bays as well so people ended up parking in non-parking spaces. i understand the time limits with drive through but i think more waiting bays would help.

What can u say it'sfast food, Some day's the quality is good and other day's it's horrible, Like today!  Workers didn't look happy and also had a hair in my burger. Coke was a little on the sweet side so not sure if the mix of syrup and soda was correct.  House keeping is average and can look quite messy at times. Very vanilla interior.  Maybe with better management the place could turn around.

yet another failure from this fine establishment, a tuesday night no other customers in the drive through and barely any in the store, i ordered a bundle family meal and a 3 piece of boneless chicken wings, no sight of the chicken wings. seems to be a very common occurrenceDietary restrictions accommodatedNone of the above
