I needed my Birkenstock resoled, drop them off and was told it would take 3-5 to repair all good. To my surprise I received a text message the next morning to come and get them. Great customer service and great workmanship. The next time I need my Birkenstock resoled I will taking them back to Condello’s Shoe Repairs. A great shoe repair shop at Barkley Square Brunswick, well worth giving them a look if you live near by. Thanks again Guys I’m going to make sure my friends know about you.
had the footbed and sole for my birkenstocks repaired. got them back with glue smears all over the footbed and the leather. also the glue holding the leather to the footbed is already peeling back after being worn twice. feel as if they lost their integrity. very disappointed. don’t waste your time. horrible experience.

Done my 2 pairs of key cut there, found 1 of the key can’t use. Try to tell them and explained it. Not listening and keep told me both keys are same.really disappointed

I went to Condello's today with a 20 year old pair of shoes that needed heeling and soling. The repair was completed in half an hour and looks perfect to me. A local place with excellent and friendly service.
$8.95 it would have cost me to get one key cut here where at bunnings on Sydney Rd the cost was $3.40. The choice of where to do my business was quite easy really.
