A modern and stylish hotel in a central location. Service and amenities were great. Beds were comfortable. We only noticed a few small things - shower pressure wasn’t great and there was little ventilation in the bathroom. Some surfaces needed a little dusting. We would have appreciated some bottled water as the tap water in Canberra smelled of chlorine. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Would stay again in a heartbeat. Corner 1 bedroom apartment on 3rd floor was exceptionally quiet and dark which is great for a good sleep. Nearby cafes and restaurants are really great, central location overall. Parking was confusing as it wasn’t specifically signed for the hotel outside however we phoned reception when we got lost and they were very helpful with directions. All staff were exceptionally lovely.

The rooms on 3 and 4th floor are perfect.nnFantastic central location great for business trips. Surrounded by good food and some rooms have amazing views.

Unfortunately, i will be posting a 1 star for my stay here.nnThe room itself was exceptional however, there was constant noise from the room above including toilet drain flushing, furnitute being moved and what sounded like construction.nnThis caused us to lose a lot of sleep abd ruin the experience.nnWhen i explained this to the front reception he was incredibly un-empathetic and then proceeded to take my payment for parking with no offer of remediation.nnYour reception staff are in dire need of hospitality and customer service training. Shame i wont be visiting again as the room itself was excellent

The corner room we got is so spacious with 2 BR and 2 Bath, the kitchen and dining/living area are so big as they have 6-seat dining table and a sofa set.nI have to give it a 4-star as we found the bath was dirty with some leftover hairfalls here and there. The staff was so kind as she offered us to move to another room when we told them.nnParking is available inside the building, with a $20 fee.nRecommended!
