Why 5 stars? It’s probably the most intentionally EV setup design in the North Island. User friendly and actual powerful 200kW which I’m not sure if it’s a side of marketing as Taranaki is the energy capital of NZ or just cause we waited for the latest tech available but it works. Congrats to Z for the ‘Full energy to move service’ On the pricing side it’s a 3 star but I guess they need to pay off the investment which today is 88 cents a kW. It should really be -72 cents max being also partly tax payer funded although it wouldn’t exist without the funding so they win with 5 stars.
Customer service needs looking at , been coming here for a while and pretty sure never smile or just that they don’t want to be there
It's hard to make a 2 min stop for petrol a bad experience but the bearded guy working the night shift manages to do just that. He likes to blame his customers for making his job pressing a few buttons so difficult. When your job is solely customer satisfaction, being unnecessarily rude to your customers is a sure sign you're not cut out for this kind of job.
Good location, depending on the time of the day & your own personal needs.
I’m a regular z coffee drinker and this z is by far the worst inconsistent coffees/fraps.. I feel like I waste my money every time I try again yet disappointed.. Their customer service from that older lady is disgusting she’s rude looks miserable like she hates her job super unfriendly.. Today was the last time I waste my money on z coffee that are yuck..
