Went for the small coffee+muffin+classic pie offer on 20/01/23 at 11:14am.nOffer was valid till 31st January.nStaff refused to provide us that saying there was no stock - but we could clearly see classic pies and muffin available in the hot cupboard and they were serving coffee as-well.nDidn’t want to confront them but definitely we didn’t receive a good service.
Conveniently placed in town, it has a good range of food, drink, and car related items. There is a car wash as well, which saved time.
Used to get my petrol from here every week but had to stop due to the lack of care that the owners have for their business and staff.nnThis place hasn't been updated since it was built, all the pumps are falling apart and at least one is closed every time I come in along with half of the keypads being broken and unreadable. The paint and signage around the property are faded and makes it look like you are in South Auckland.nnThe tyre pump broke down 6~ months ago and they just havn't bothered to fix it, the car vacuum and scent is rubbish and isn't worth using and also will randomly take your money without turning on.nnThe trailers are the worst in New Plymouth with the lights/cables not working and the cages are worn down with years and years of abuse and squeak over every bump you go over.nnThe only thing is place has going for it is the staff who are super friendly but you see people come and go as their turn over is horrific and was told 1~ year ago that everyone is on minimum wage and no hopes of ever getting more then that.nnOverall every other gas station in New Plymouth has been updated with new equipment everything just works and looks nice and also has Pay on Pump This BP does notnnI think either the owners of this store just dont care and are taking every penny for themselves or its struggling due to the lack of customers and has fallen behind due to poor decisions of the owners.
Great they are up and running again, what with renovations
Awsome staff especially between 12 pm - 6 am , very polite and helpfully , this is deff my local place to morning coffee ,refill and a snack
