20/04/2024 @2:40pmnZ station Trentham is my local and I come here every other day for drinks, snacks etc - the store is always well kept and stocked. All the staff members are lovely, helpful and are a great representation of the store - all except one. I asked the lady that ALWAYS works afternoons for a bag and she reluctantly told me there were none which I thought was weird because I come here often and I’m always offered a bag especially for the small things I had my 2 year old son with me which makes it easier for us to carry the little things home. I bought a few other things and a different service attendant lady served us and then OFFERED ME A BAG FOR MY THINGS. I looked at the afternoon lady that served me before her like “wow you couldn’t even be bothered getting a bag huh?” and she looked at me and didn’t care. Very rude and unhelpful. The afternoon lady is actually always grumpy and never ever smiles like literallllly every time you we go in - her face is annoying to look at. Don’t work there if you can’t bring the energy. Thanks to all the other staff who are the coolest and most helpful, God bless you.
Think they need to re-think being on DeliverEasy, because I've now ordered three times in a row, and had a call three times in a row that something I ordered isn't in stock. Of course I could swap it for something else, but I wanted the thing I ordered...it should be grayed out if it can't be ordered. It's frustrating.
Horrible experience. I went in to get my lotto. The young Maori guy behind the counter was so angry and so intimidating. I actually felt scared. I had given him no reason to act in the way he did. I was there at about 8am today so if the powers that be care to look at the cctv the body language of this scary man will be obvious. Being a person in my later years that experience was nasty
I would happily give a zero star..I think the tall lady had a bad day.. I hope you feel better. I probably misunderstood your attitude but no need to remind me in such a loud and rude tone that you don't put cream on iced coffee which im fully aware.. that's why I paid extra.. I don't need your attitude..I simply came back there to get what I paid for.
Got great pies, had a vegan mushroom pie, so good?!!
