28/9/2025nWorst service. Pre ordered and when we got there the worker hadn't even noticed the orders. Then another worker comes out from the back. We thought she was making our coffees. Nope she made herself a coffee then went back to the back. And had the nerve to tell us our are getting started.
Had a cheese burger pie. No goot.nnToo much warm girkle in it and 2 whole mouthfuls of mustard in my experience.nnI wouldn't let me dog eat it.nn0.6/10
If you're looking for good coffee DO NOT go to Z Trentham. Been in two or three times for my morning coffee and been disappointed every time. Barely lukewarm and burnt coffee.
Came in on Saturday around 11 AM for a coffee and was disappointed with the customer service. The staff member who served me was unfriendly, did not greet me, and showed no engagement throughout the interaction. As someone who works in customer service, I understand that everyone has tough days, but a simple greeting and a friendly attitude can make a big difference. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall customer experience.
Well organised fuel point with helpful staff. Best of all it still provides free air and window cleaning tools
