After reading through the comment section, it seems this BP outlet has quite the reputation for poor customer service—and unfortunately, my experience was no different. Between the grumpy old lady at the counter and the painfully slow service, I find myself making a U-turn straight to Pak N Sav fuel. Not sure what's going on with staffing here, but it's definitely driving customers away.

coffee is always great. young man behind the counter with a beanie needs some lessons in customer service. not all his thoughts need to be said out loud as they made me feel uncomfortable, like i were to blame. my mum had a similar experience previously with him, who made her say please before she had a chance, making her feel belittled.
It's a favourite fueling station of mine. Not only for the car but the happy tank, too nI enjoy the convenience of the fueling app. Order coffee before the visit and pay from your car when filling up.
