Vacuum is broken, missing its head and staff still keep charging customers for it when asked the lady at the counter she was clueless and did nothing to help refund money or do something about it
After reading through the comment section, it seems this BP outlet has quite the reputation for poor customer service—and unfortunately, my experience was no different. Between the grumpy old lady at the counter and the painfully slow service, I find myself making a U-turn straight to Pak N Sav fuel. Not sure what's going on with staffing here, but it's definitely driving customers away.
