One of the nicest service station.nAll the employees are really helpful.nEven on the busiest day like Good Friday, they still serve everyone with smile.nWhat an outstanding service they provided. Couldn't find their name, but very generous people.nThank you so much guys.nKeep it up. World needs nice people like you.
This charming little station could use a makeover. The electric vehicle chargers are sleek and efficient, and the coffee was delicious.
Third world countries have better bathrooms.nnThe locks dont work, the soap dispensers are broken and empty, the floor is beyond dirty the burger king and parking lot weren't better.nnI understand it is a public bathroom, but between two major chains neither can keep their space clean?nnDisappointing.
Aggressive lady cleaning the milkshake machine. Was immediately rude to my daughter and myself who had been on the road for four hours and twenty minutes extra out our way to get to a f-real. Asked if the machine was broken and was told “no I’m trying to clean it”. When asked how long it would be we were told “I don’t know I’m just doing maintenance on it”. Her manner was abrupt and not in the slightest helpful. Get some people skills if you work in customer service. A polite reply costs nothing. The lady taking payment made up for the rudeness hence the 2 stars.
The loos were disgusting! And then I looked around the actual shop part and it’s clear that the cleaning is an afterthought.. I was going to get a coffee and buy some food but was put off by the lack of cleaning.. Come on ZTurangi take some pride in your business, it’s not hard.. Wish I took photos
