This charming little station could use a makeover. The electric vehicle chargers are sleek and efficient, and the coffee was delicious.
Aggressive lady cleaning the milkshake machine. Was immediately rude to my daughter and myself who had been on the road for four hours and twenty minutes extra out our way to get to a f-real. Asked if the machine was broken and was told “no I’m trying to clean it”. When asked how long it would be we were told “I don’t know I’m just doing maintenance on it”. Her manner was abrupt and not in the slightest helpful. Get some people skills if you work in customer service. A polite reply costs nothing. The lady taking payment made up for the rudeness hence the 2 stars.
Absolutely wonderful-I asked for help after having been rear-ended and I needed help with the bumper of my car so I could get home and on boxing day, super busy with lots of people. David, the staff member who helped me, was awesome, friendly, and was happy to help me without any issues. Thank you so much Z Turangi!
Travelling from Tauranga and stopped for fuel on 11/2/25nDecided to clean the windscreen. The water was contaminated with a greasy substance which would not clean off. Had to buy a detergent to remove the film of chemical so I could see to drive. Once I was home I had to replace the wiper blades.nObviously had not been checked for ages as squeege stuffed as well. Not a good look.nJB
Useless at coming up with a solution when I had a problem with my drink. Wouldn't remake it, only added an extra shot to the existing drink at my suggestion. It's not that hard to come up with solutions to keep customers happy. Remaking someone's order is not the end of the world for your business, unhappy customers who will never come back is the problem.
