TOILET FACILITIES - don't warrant even 1 star. Absolute disgrace . They STINK of urine, , the toilet and basin are stained. They need a waterblaster , a large bottle of disinfectant and handy Andy and a bloody good scrub. Burger King Management/Staff this needs to be addressed urgently. Your facility does not meet the Health and Hygiene requirements.
A Very bad dealing with me on 27/7/24@ 1125 am. A white English lady shows a bad attitude when I buy coffee. My child surprised with her behaviour.please teach her how to deal with customers politely
Awful customer service. One server was with a customer before me so that’s fair but the other server just stood there. No greetings or anything just stared at us. Didn’t say a word while we got served.
The best coffee. Usually a good selection of vegan foods. Great service.
Terrible customer service from a man named Suhk tonight, first of all didn’t give my husband his change then I went in and was very polite asking how are you etc and not a single word from him not even hello. So rude!!!
