We needed a gas refill and after reading a few reviews I was wondering what reception we'd get.nWell it was lovely the lady on the counter informed me she just needed to get her boss and we would be seen as soon as there was someone out to fill the bottle.nWell that's just what happened, the lovely lady was out within a few minutes and she filled our bottle with a cheerful smile. I then went to pay and the boss was also friendly.nAnd a happy customer
Went in there to purchase some items and asked to use the bathroom while we were stopped and the older lady working yelled at us and was very rude so we took out business elsewhere…. The toilets can’t be that important to protect
Awful service by the employee. She yelled at us when we asked her about the toilets. We were there to purchase items as well. Though we decided to take our business elsewhere. After looking at other reviews, I am disappointed in BP. Less than subpar service.
Rude staff. Told them the pump, then said I had everyday rewards just to be told I needed to say that first… surely most people have it, or if it’s so important, maybe you should ask…! Then just “pay now” with no pleasantries. Absolutely charming…
We called into use use a toilet.nBuying two drinks for $7.50 $5 at New World we were bluntly told the toilet was only for people buying petrol.nAt least we know where not to go back to in a lovely town with many better options.
