Really good service. The person made the kids hot chocolates the perfect temperature for them to enjoy. Also made a great coffee.
Such a bad experience. Rubbish bins overflowing. Toilets not clean. Staff disorganised and very unfriendly. Won’t be returning.
Topped up my gas bottle and bought diesel. Lady was pleasant and helpful.
Just got fully ripped of and lied to at this store. We purchased a coffee and a sausage roll on the way to Napier and got charged for a water that we didn't purchase. DISHONEST. We didn't leave the store whilst waiting for coffee - 2 other customers told the checkout that we didn't have water, the checkout wouldn't give us the receipt to view. This was straight up theft.nThe toilets in this store are FOUL. For goodness sake clean them. Felt like i needed a haz suit to enter and decontamination after i exited. Vile lieing customer service rep that was clearly stealing customers money
In our Motorhome & wanted LPG bottle filled & Lady did not want to do it. We had to go 12km out of our way to get gas. We have spent a lot of money in this town & would have stayed longer but couldn't as we need gas. BP has let Turangi down as a town. Will be putting post on NZMCA Site, BP has gas but doesn't want to sell it!!nWHY!!??
