Bad customer service. The counter staff were rude, including the beverage specialist and a middle-aged staff member who did not demonstrate basic customer service skills.
Beware of the Z pay by plate app. The staff will process a manual payment with a customer when the wrong account has been billed. But make no effort to notify the person wrongly charged for fuel. They had the opportunity to contact the person who was wrongfully billed but made no attempt to do this.
Bad customer service telling us to leave and haven’t done anything wrong don’t appreciate it watch out for the coffee lady drama causes unnecessary drama
