Just bought some steak and cheese pies hoping to munch into a delicious mouthful!! So disappointed, the cheese is disgusting. Smell like babys sick strong smelly parmesean or blue cheese mustve been used. Some cheddar would've done the trick perfectly. They are now sitting somewhere on state highway 1. Please please please change the cheese.
Usually good but can't listen to orders so ended up with full dairy coffee instead of almond.
Staff are awesome if your there for fuel, bit stingey on the portions if you're there for chicken and chips though. Made a complaint to npd head office, and then they well and truly came to the party with vouchers and a refund.
Normally get to deal with Jordan or the young Indian lady on. Thursday after work and get really good service. Was in on Tuesday this week and there were two guys behind the counter that I did not know. They got my chicken order totally wrong and short supplied me. Unfortunately I did not check the order and only noticed once I got home. I am just so used to being helped by Jordan or the young Indian lady that are both very polite and hugely helpful and have never made a mistake that I did not bother to check my order. Hopefully this is a one off occurrence and I can expect to get my normal service and quality again, I just will never pop in on a Tuesday ever again with that kind of mistake being made and it was not even busy, I was in there by myself!
Excellent Customer Service from the food side last night by Jordan it was just old fashioned Service and awesome discount on the fuel 15 cents off per litre that certainly helps at this time of year.
