Ordered a strawberry matcha last night and it was good, they used strawberry milk and matcha.nWent back to order strawberry matcha tonight, and was given strawberry syrup and matcha blended with milk. I still can’t wrap my head around why the staff had the need to blend matcha in milk like it was a smoothienThe strawberry syrup used tasted like a liquid form of jam, it was HORRIBLE! I would not be going back for sure. This place lacks consistency!!!
The service is ok but the guy who made my hot beverage last night probably didn’t receive any training. That is the worst hot chocolate I had ever since, just too damn sweet and when I told him about and asked for hot water to dilute the sweetness he is not very happy

Bit annoying there was no wifi and their app requires it , had ran out of data as soon as I turned up, hadn’t eaten all day. I misunderstood the lady who said I could just do it with my scanner, went up with my pie that was free from the app based on points and was told I needed the app up to redeem it. I was guttered, starving ages away from home without my card. She politely offered to mobile hotspot me so that I could redeem it in the app. She hotspotted me, redeemed my pie and told me to have a great day. Karis needs a raise, she went above and beyond. I’m one very happy customer!
Clean and tidy not a bad coffee either
