This place has really gone downhill. I had a bad experience on my last visit but decided to give it another go and after today’s visit I won’t be returning. There is always a huge line waiting to be served no matter what day it is and 1-2 staff serving, I do feel bad for the staff here as they never seem to not have enough people working. If you want to fill up you have to go inside, wait in huge line, go back out to fill your car then come back inside to wait in line again to pay - there’s actually no point filling up here as it’ll mean more time waiting in NPDs huge lines. After finally leaving today an NPD tanker couldn’t find a park so drove in and blocked the main entry inside and out of the petrol station, people couldn’t enter and if you wanted to leave you had to go towards town and do a u turn because you can only turn left out of the other entry. Come on NPD Rolleston - do better, this place is ridiculous. Better off visiting BP or Z.
Dumb. Went for car wash no signs saying it wasn't operating. Wait in long line, finally get to counter, 'sorry carwash is not going today'. They got their well deserved one wheeler peeler out front.
I visited this location recently and felt quite uncomfortable. The lady employees were laughing and talking to each other in a language other than English while customers were right there. It came across as disrespectful, as if they were making fun of the people they were supposed to be helping.
Normal petrol station but with cheaper prices. Their chicken and chips takeaway was nice too.
A decent place to get aome chicken while filling up the tank. I hope they choose to supply some dip next to the chips one day hint hint
