Double charged me and 2 weeks later still refusing to return it.nnFilled up with gas as normal only later to have my card decline at the supermarket. Checked my account and 30mins after I left they charged me again. Was told it would be reversed in a few days. It wasnt. 2 weeks later still waiting.nnSite Manager said they wont be returning my money untill/if they find it on their end. Thats not my problem though. I sent an official bank statement confirming it was taken, that should be enough.nnHave filed a complaint with the commerce commission and will be taking it to the court of public opinion via socials/news because this sort of thing is pretty disgusting.nnWe are a single parent family on a strict budget. I told them that. They didnt care. There is a cost of living crisis and a gas crisis. I have now fallen behind in bills. I just want my $60 back. An amount that is nothing to them and everything to me and my children.nnZ Pukekohe doesnt care about its community.

The night shift person with green eyes on Wednesday night behaved very rudely. I hope the management works on improving customer service and respectful behavior toward customers.
