Pee on the ground of the toilet and it smelt disgusting. I had to wipe someone else’s piss off the toilet seat so my 5yo could use it.nnWhen I spoke with the older lady at the counter, I was met with blank stares and then an “all good”. No - it’s not all good. You need to check and clean your toilets more often.nnNot good enough
BP station that mostly suits for car, vans and small trucks. The station also has wild bean cafe, snacks and drinks. Small station so usually busy and has wait of 2 to 5 minutes.nNo car wash. A small seating are and toilets available.
The lady working tonight was absolutely kind and helpful. Looked for an item and they went back to check in storage. Despite not having it, I appreciate the extra effort. Aside from that BP has always been reliable for me, with Amex allowed even.
Disgusting.I puchased a coffee after attending to an event and wanted to keep my self waken while driving back home in Hamilton, I had my baby n wife in the guy who was in the counter has given me a half a cup of coffee for a full insted..just had one zip checked the amount.don't know for what he is saving.sometimes you play with lives.
I went to BP Pukekohe today and only purchased a couple of drinks. The young male behind the counter didn't ask for my rewards card or even scan it even though I had it in my hand,then he told me that I would not have got any points because they only come with gas or coffee. I told him that this was incorrect ,but he just looked at me, so I left. Can you please explain to some of your staff what the correct information is. The other staff members I have dealt with are very polite and helpful and always ask for my rewards card and scan it.
