I went to BP Pukekohe today and only purchased a couple of drinks. The young male behind the counter didn't ask for my rewards card or even scan it even though I had it in my hand,then he told me that I would not have got any points because they only come with gas or coffee. I told him that this was incorrect ,but he just looked at me, so I left. Can you please explain to some of your staff what the correct information is. The other staff members I have dealt with are very polite and helpful and always ask for my rewards card and scan it.
I ordered 4 coffee to maori lady her name was Joe was terrible staff not polite with me and tell me you have to say thank you to me because I make a coffee for you . It's not polite the way of talking and communicating, also she didn't put almond milk for me . I don't like the service from bp pokekohenJoe had some mental problem
This review is well overdue, but late at night a few weeks back a friend and I pulled into BP Pukekohe wanting some snacks and drinks for the road, I didn’t quite catch the name of the elder wahine that was there on her own but when I asked she politely replied “Aunty, everyone here calls me Aunty” and smiled. She gave me options on what hot food was still there, she was very patiently despite me changing my mind on what I wanted, we even stood there chatting about life and things we found funny. In the end, she hands me my savouries and drinks and tells me and my friend to “drive safely and enjoy your night hun”. The most patient, kind hearted and best customer service i’ve ever had here in Pukekohe, I can say we got home safely and thought about that amazing wahine on our way back. Shoutout to Aunty! Thank you for being you.
The gas, every time I get a gas bottle from here, it last approx stuff all. The staff I'm sure give us empty cylinders. The staff are useless and incapable to do their jobs. Disappointed from a regular. Sort it out, I had a VIP BBQ and the gas ran out in minutes on a new cylinder. They weren't impressed. BP money making system.nnTerrible company and franchise
BP station that mostly suits for car, vans and small trucks. The station also has wild bean cafe, snacks and drinks. Small station so usually busy and has wait of 2 to 5 minutes.nNo car wash. A small seating are and toilets available.
