the lady running the place tonight was so unnecessarily rude! We didn't know you had to go up and ask the cashier to activate the pump as we never have had to do that. Not only was her attitude terrible she decided to curse at us just for not answering her quick enough. Terrible customer service some people are obviously not made for night shifts or customer service full stop. We went to a different BP and the guy running it was much nicer.
Ordered 6 cups of coffee and honestly, it was a letdown. All of them tasted burnt and bitter, like the beans were over-roasted or the machine wasn’t cleaned properly. The coffee was watery instead of rich, and none of the cups had consistent quality. For the price, this was really disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re expecting good coffee.
BP station that mostly suits for car, vans and small trucks. The station also has wild bean cafe, snacks and drinks. Small station so usually busy and has wait of 2 to 5 minutes.nNo car wash. A small seating are and toilets available.
Pee on the ground of the toilet and it smelt disgusting. I had to wipe someone else’s piss off the toilet seat so my 5yo could use it.nnWhen I spoke with the older lady at the counter, I was met with blank stares and then an “all good”. No - it’s not all good. You need to check and clean your toilets more often.nnNot good enough
If you are having a craving for a fresh.. yummy donut.. of any sort.. then go to the BP.. in Pukekohe.. and grab a yummy.. “Krispy Kream”.. they are delicious!
