Happens with me many times, if I ordered Coffee. Needs to wait long time , because of only one staff member, because they serve the other customers first , if they waiting for to pay . Every time needs to wait long . M the person not usually put bad reviews but this is too much for me .nnFriday I wait 10-11 minutes only for hot chocolate and then but still she didn’t make it hot. When I told her it’s not hot at all , then she told me I will make another one . But already waste my 10 minutes over there .
A nice petrol station with clean toilets. A variety of warm pastry available
Poor attendant is overworked, there is only one person on the till, while there are 20 plus people, waiting to be served. Young guy also tells me that he is having issues with transferring information from the computer to the pump because I apparently scanned my discount card at At the wrong time, Twice he left me to serve others, and then concluded it was my fault that I stuffed up the computer more or less. His lack of effort really sold it to me that He was not competent in his job, let alone serving 20-plus people by himself. ended up leaving to go find petrol at another station. Very poor customer service management
went in yesterday and the the guy behind the counter asked me if I stuggle because apparently my nails are too long and that he hated them?? what an odd thing to say to someone that's just trying to buy a monster and chocolate bar.
Nice clean station and store. Toilets were clean and smelled good. Leo was customer friendly and made great coffee
