I have to say this is the worst Mobil station we have ever dealt with in NZ. This afternoon we were there for a tank of fuel, firstly we were advised by a staff that the toilet was locked as the manager was not on site at the moment???. Then we were asked to prepay for the fuel, after some discussion we were finally allowed to pay after filling as I have no idea how much I will fill. Very much surprisingly when I would like to scan my Mobil App for the 6c discount as well as getting some points as usual where paying the fee by a Mobil gift card, the lady told me that the scanner couldn't be used because her manager was not there???!!!. This lady's conduct strongly made me question why she is employed if she can do nothing when her manager is not with her. Perhaps Mobil NZ should give this station a review to make sure their compliance as their strange behaviour has impacted Mobil's reputation, more or less.
We stopped there for goodies and to use the toilet in our way to Auckland and let me tell you the toilets were so clean! they even smelled clean!!! Absolutely impressive !!! The staff was very friendly with our little ones too.nKeep on the good work people :
So all the stuff that is outside for the customers to use like the air pump, the brushes and water for people to use. Everything was bought in way to early, I got there 7:30pm use close at 9pm. My partner had to walk in and ask for the air pump hose when it should have been outside till it gets closer to closing. I was always told 8:30pm or 8:45pm to bring everything in.
Really good. Customer service and always very friendly helpful team to deal with......What a lovely elegant and graceful Manager with exceptional skills always above. and beyond the norm....what a genius this manager is and up to challenge put in front of her always handles herself. In a noble. and ethical way with energy and a lovely manner..nAbove all she is. alert clever. and very quick witted with extraordinary intelligence not to mention her personalitynWhy would anyone. go anywhere else. for such excellent service
Always fill up there after my weekends in Matamata. Love the petrol prices compared to Auckland
