The new owner needs to have a chat with the employees working at the front counter. It’s been very disappointing over the last few visits. Barista is giving out burnt coffee’s, terrible customer service. You must put a trained Barista on this site.
Had to unplug and replug 3 times before it connected.nThen it got charging and all was fine.nStaff just wonderful and so friendly.nGot a free coffee too so that was a bonus.nWas about 7am when I used and I was the only one there.

Staff when present have been courteous and helpful with any minor questions I’ve had.nnThe only reason I’m giving 4.5 instead of a perfect 5 is that on rare occasions, one or two of the units are temporarily out of service. However, they’re usually repaired pretty quickly, and the reliability overall is impressive.nnHighly recommend this charging station to any EV driver in the area looking for consistent service and a hassle-free experience.
They never have glass bottles of green v energy drink . I’ve complained many times nothing changes .
