Okay coffee but waited for the hot food to come out they couldn’t time their cabinet properly and when I was in, it was basically empty once it finished I asked for a basic hot food item from the cabinet that’s on special too and they didn’t even put those items in. Didn’t even offer to heat one up. Just lazy really but that’s minimum wage gas station workers I guess
Not a responsible Staff at allnone day I forget the fuel cap for my truck at the gas station when I left I remember that n I straight away I ring the manager at the BP gas station and she when n checked n she said she found it n she will put it aside for me to pick it up.nwhen I ring next day to pick it up then they said they can't found it where they put it .then I ring nxt one of the staff said they gave away to some other driver.
There’s a lady there who is so rude. After I finished filling up fuel, I showed her the scan barcode, and she kept telling me to show it to the scanner. Since I couldn’t see where to scan it, I kept moving back and forth. She didn’t even bother to move her hand to adjust the scanner. How was I supposed to see where to scan when it was facing her?nI wasn’t happy and told her that she had already seen and scanned it. I still said thank you, although with an attitude, because I was frustrated. I didn’t want to argue with her, because I understand that working in that position isn’t easy. But this was the third time it happened, and I couldn’t take it anymore. It was really rude and unprofessional.
Bought the Kitkat deal 2 for $5. Attendant charged me $5.50.nPoint of false adversing?nOr is it too hard to put the right discount into the till.nI only got the kitkat deal because it was 2 for $5. I dont like the overcharge.
My workplace is close to this BP so I frequent this location. Staff are always friendly and service is quick but the main thing I like about it is how clean it is, toilets are always spotless and so is the main floor.nnKeep up the good work
