I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit in the afternoon to Zee. The staff member, an Indian lady, was noticeably unwelcoming towards me—she barely acknowledged my presence and responded with cold expressions. However, when a white gentleman walked in shortly after, she greeted him warmly and engaged in friendly conversation about the weather. The double standard was glaring and deeply offensive. Such discriminatory behavior has no place in any customer-facing environment. I expected to be treated with basic respect and decency, and it’s appalling that this was not the case.

Ordered 2 frappes through the app, 1 with soy milk and both without whipped cream as me and my partner can’t have it. The young Indian lady then proceeded to put whipped cream on my one then tried to argue with me saying it had to have whipped cream because that’s what it came with there was an option to remove it. She then decided to scoop the whipped cream off my drink with her bare hands and handed it back to me
