I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit in the afternoon to Zee. The staff member, an Indian lady, was noticeably unwelcoming towards me—she barely acknowledged my presence and responded with cold expressions. However, when a white gentleman walked in shortly after, she greeted him warmly and engaged in friendly conversation about the weather. The double standard was glaring and deeply offensive. Such discriminatory behavior has no place in any customer-facing environment. I expected to be treated with basic respect and decency, and it’s appalling that this was not the case.
Ordered 2 frappes through the app, 1 with soy milk and both without whipped cream as me and my partner can’t have it. The young Indian lady then proceeded to put whipped cream on my one then tried to argue with me saying it had to have whipped cream because that’s what it came with there was an option to remove it. She then decided to scoop the whipped cream off my drink with her bare hands and handed it back to me
Dhara who works there is always sweet welcoming and got a smile on hernFace she makes the best frappes and listens to feedback and takes it on broad well I love coming here when she’s present
Well my motorbike wheel was fine, till I used the air pump at this garage. Apparently it is always breaking down, it deflated my tyres and it didn't work ...they had one member of staff on a Saturday who wouldn't come out to check and help. The manager was most unhelpful and told me to go to BP as they didn't even have a foot pump. He then said it wasn't for motorbikes, which the sign clearly said that it did. Disgraceful to offer a service and then come up with some excuses. You either need more staff on a Saturday to help on the forecourt, or remove services that you can't service.
A hands-off for a lovely lady staff who served me at Z kapiti early Saturday morning 3am ish on 5 March 2022 and your kind gesture.Truly you are living far away from customer service roots or even what does that means in reality to you.nI truly appreciate your Racist/negative vibe you passed me. Best wishes to Z for having such an arrogant, lack of customer Service attitude and negative vibe staff.:
