Well my motorbike wheel was fine, till I used the air pump at this garage. Apparently it is always breaking down, it deflated my tyres and it didn't work ...they had one member of staff on a Saturday who wouldn't come out to check and help. The manager was most unhelpful and told me to go to BP as they didn't even have a foot pump. He then said it wasn't for motorbikes, which the sign clearly said that it did. Disgraceful to offer a service and then come up with some excuses. You either need more staff on a Saturday to help on the forecourt, or remove services that you can't service.

A hands-off for a lovely lady staff who served me at Z kapiti early Saturday morning 3am ish on 5 March 2022 and your kind gesture.Truly you are living far away from customer service roots or even what does that means in reality to you.nI truly appreciate your Racist/negative vibe you passed me. Went to get emergency fuel this morning at 5:30am, lights were all on but nobody was there, pumps were off as well. A big truck honked his horn loudly & still nobody. Same thing at the Caltex, we had to go to BP. I assume the staff were sleeping in the back.
Would be nice if your air compressor machine would work. Have driven there several times to put air in my tires but the machine is always broken. Staff are rude too. Useless.
