Ordered 2 frappes through the app, 1 with soy milk and both without whipped cream as me and my partner can’t have it. The young Indian lady then proceeded to put whipped cream on my one then tried to argue with me saying it had to have whipped cream because that’s what it came with there was an option to remove it. She then decided to scoop the whipped cream off my drink with her bare hands and handed it back to me

Well my motorbike wheel was fine, till I used the air pump at this garage. Apparently it is always breaking down, it deflated my tyres and it didn't work ...they had one member of staff on a Saturday who wouldn't come out to check and help. The manager was most unhelpful and told me to go to BP as they didn't even have a foot pump. He then said it wasn't for motorbikes, which the sign clearly said that it did. Disgraceful to offer a service and then come up with some excuses. You either need more staff on a Saturday to help on the forecourt, or remove services that you can't service.
A hands-off for a lovely lady staff who served me at Z kapiti early Saturday morning 3am ish on 5 March 2022 and your kind gesture.Truly you are living far away from customer service roots or even what does that means in reality to you.nI truly appreciate your Racist/negative vibe you passed me. Nice shop, always kept clean. Coffee, snack and hot food options aren't bad. Good frappuccino range this summer. Automatic car wash works pretty well. I like the new card readers installed at the gas pumps recently. They are much easier to use, can pay for your gas with paywave, and super easy scanning of Airpoints cards, etc.
