No stars preferred but not an option. 2.30am Saturday 30th March.nPartner told to wait whilst staff member loaded stock or go somewhere else.Waited for 15 minutes in the cold . Appalling service and attitude. Staff member needs to be trained in customer service concepts.
I stop here the other day to get some food....nnI went for donuts and they had the flies on it so I ger a muffin.nnOn the road I went to eat the muffin and it was so dry I couldn't eat it.nnI hope they improve the food soon.

Everyone working at this location is so friendly and helpful. This BP is always very clean, tidy and well stocked.
