I have never posted a review but just called into BP and was greeted and served by the nicest and friendliest young guy. His customer service was outstanding and his attitude and happiness was infectious. BP you are lucky to have him working there.
Came to use the air compressor and would have filled up while I was there but it's out of order. As well as their vaccum thing next to it, also out of order. The only thing operating is the fuel pumps and car wash. I didnt fuel up, on my hunt for a working air compressor the station who has one gets my money as thanks for the convenience.
RUDE STAFF BEHIND THE COUNTERnI orderd 2 matcha on Monday 17th february at 12.05 am early morning and she replied she don't have the white cups to serve and asked her serve in the coffee cup and I paid for it. And she served mocha instead of matcha. When I said she gave the wrong one, she yelled at me and leave the counter. Please remind to your staff, bp is not serving anything free, customers have the right to get what they order. I waste my money and time .Horrible experience.
We were in Kapiti 11 October, for work. Called in to grab a Wild Bean coffee. The service from the young man and young lady was above and beyond. They engaged in conversation and very friendly. As a side note, the power of advertising works. I listen to the Breeze and Steve and Shelley talk adverstise Wild Bean. so was our 1st place to go :
Didn’t get his name, but the young guy working tonight was fantastic! Friendly, great customer service and made a great mocha. Also haven’t been here in a while so nice to see the interior upgraded, nice and clean, very impressed. Thanks!
