went in around just after 12am on Sunday and was after two drinks and a four pack of donuts the worker who served me was rude and didn’t give me the specific donuts i had asked for. when i asked for them to be replaced to the ones i originally asked for she said no and that i needed to leave rude service i have never had an issue at bp will not be going back
Came to use the air compressor and would have filled up while I was there but it's out of order. As well as their vaccum thing next to it, also out of order. The only thing operating is the fuel pumps and car wash. I didnt fuel up, on my hunt for a working air compressor the station who has one gets my money as thanks for the convenience.
Always the best coffee ever. Great customer service too. Alan greets me by name even when I don't order coffee - he's got a great memory!. It's small things like that which make a huge difference. Thank you
I have never posted a review but just called into BP and was greeted and served by the nicest and friendliest young guy. His customer service was outstanding and his attitude and happiness was infectious. BP you are lucky to have him working there.
