Popped in to fill up as the petrol light was on. My airports card wouod not work so I went inside to see the staff. I met Rosealea. She talked me through downloading the App and the benefits of doing so. She also made me a great coffee. All with a big smile. Great service. I fill up each week and will be making Z Hewletts my go to station. Great. Friendly service.
On Wednesday 13th November Z service station had a special on petrol and my card for fly buys had expirednThanks to the wonderful blonde lady in the storenShe was absolutely amazing and got me set up with app also said which discounts to use 1st. Came out to car and pump to show me and check all was working right.nWhat amazing service she gave.nSo nice to have someone so helpful and happy..nI hope she's there when I'm next in there.nShe is a huge asset to Z.nKeep up the great service..nThanksnShelley Ridge
Requires pre payment but then wont let you pay for filling a tank inside when my card wasn't accepted by their at pump payment machine.
The staff here are really friendly. The other day a crazy man came in screaming and swearing at the staff and they all handled it all so well and professionally. And the coffees really yum :
Z in Hewletts Rd is Awesome. The staff are amazing. Kapua is a lovely lady and she made a great Mocha for me this morning. Thanks Kapua and the whole team at Z and around the Bay of Plenty. You guys are Awesome
