Why don’t they have more staff on? Lunchtime. 2 people serving and one of them making coffee. Customers out the gate. This is a common feature of bp servos these days.
Very disappointed with my experience. The coffee tasted really bad and it wasn’t even what I asked for. On top of that, the time management was very poor Definitely not a good experience.n10/3/26 around 8am
I stopped in twice today — once for a latte in the morning, and later for a flat white in the afternoon. Both times, the drinks were made poorly. The first barista was on the phone while making my coffee, and the result was honestly one of the worst lattes I’ve had. I decided to give it another chance later in the day, but the flat white was also way off the mark.nnThis isn’t about being picky — coffee is your core product, and consistency should be the minimum standard. It’s clear the team either needs proper training or a serious refresher. Customers shouldn’t have to gamble on whether their coffee will be drinkable.
Fast service always trying to make sure you have gas deals or asking if you have a rewards card
