I stopped in twice today — once for a latte in the morning, and later for a flat white in the afternoon. Both times, the drinks were made poorly. The first barista was on the phone while making my coffee, and the result was honestly one of the worst lattes I’ve had. I decided to give it another chance later in the day, but the flat white was also way off the mark.nnThis isn’t about being picky — coffee is your core product, and consistency should be the minimum standard. It’s clear the team either needs proper training or a serious refresher. Customers shouldn’t have to gamble on whether their coffee will be drinkable.
Complaint regarding the conduct of the local BP manager, Amit. He displayed unprofessional and rude behavior, refused service after an incorrect ring-up, and departed to the back room when I attempted to document the incident. This suggests a lack of proper customer service training and handling of customer concerns.
No discount even when used everyday rewards 20c off no discount, no re imbursed the 4.40 of 60 dollars,do better
Great coffee , friendly staff & always well stocked.
Great coffee, great service... all with a smile. Consistent products and yep great gourmet pepper steak pie, even at 7am...
