Rubbish customer service from the lady that works at night shift. Owner should fire her ass for being lazy. Im a customer of Z and purchased items. My doughter wanted to use the toilet but the toilet was out of order. That the trick they use at night time so they dont clean the toilet. Time is 1:24 on 3rd of January 2025.

Made a 5am stop at this service station enroute to Christchurch.nAttendant was friendly and accommodating. Filled my thermos with hot water no issues.nToilet was clean and well maintained.nThank you.
Had a terrible customer service experience on weekend. Fuelled up late in evening last weekend. I was the only one in the station, when I went up to pay, the person kept asking me which car I want to pay for. Upon explaining a few times he finally got it. He further kept explaining that it’s hard to hear someone from where he is, though I can clearly hear him and there were no physical barriers between. When I asked to use the toilet, he started giving excuses, saying the toilet is not in a good shape. He directed me to use the public toilet across. Will never return to this station.
